Commissioned as part of the construction of the court building

The slanted pillars in the court foyer represent indigenous trees, adorned with shapes of seed-pods, thorns and leaves. The artist used reds for the ‘earth’ columns and blue and grey greens for the ‘sky’ columns - speaking to the idea of justice under a tree.
