Commissioned as part of the construction of the court building

The inspiration for the banners came from a photograph taken on the site of shadows from leaves of a tree. They serve the function of acoustic absorption, but also add to the idea of "justice under a tree": a democratic, accessible forum for communities to resolve disputes.
