| Artist information: | Contemporary artist Sandile Goje was born in 1972 in Grahamstown, Eastern Cape. Goje studied at the Dakawa Art Centre in Grahamstown, where he was awarded a bursary for the Graphic School in Stockholm, Sweden. He was taught by Swedish printmaker, Kristina Anselm, whom he recognizes as an important influence in his work.
