Following research into the Reconstruction and Development Programme (RDP) in Devland, Soweto, Woolf speaks to the plight of those applying for affordable housing under section 26 of the Constitution (housing rights). Rooibos tea bags and bandages are used as symbols of healing, being the artist's way of wishing wellness onto the destitute.
