| Signage: | In this apocalyptic cityscape, Hodgins shows an inconspicuous figure (perhaps an apartheid spy) in a hat and dark glasses. He watches a Hulk-like figure with severed limbs – suggesting murder through a planted bomb. The work echoes the traumatic horrors that characterised apartheid where resistance fighters were targeted for death. |
