| Signage: | The artist merges legal text with familiar icons of the administrative and justice system into a compact image. The colonnaded neoclassical government building is a recognised expression of administration, with balanced scales as a symbol of prevailing justice. Administrative action is imagined as approachable and open, as an “every woman” figure hands a letter of concerns to a sympathetic clerk. |
