Signage: | On this dress, the artist chose to respond to new research into the Truth and Reconciliation Commission records in 2016 that had called into doubt the premise on which the artwork was based. Mason used the magnifying glass to make burn marks on the dress, demonstrating how scrutiny burnt holes in her original premise. |
