Ullmann depicts 12 figures communing with one another, perhaps a reference to the Biblical twelve apostles. The figures are interconnected, holding hands and embracing each other as they engage deeply with intense eye contact. In the Court, the artwork depicts the value of community and open deliberation in settling disputes.
