Signage: | In a series, Mendel shared distressing circumstances of children who lost their parents due to AIDS in Mozambique. Linda Nota, shown, expressed difficulty in caring for her two sick granddaughters, Emilia, 7, and Carmen, 4, after the death of her own daughter. Nota was handicapped and had no income, relying on charity and the church. |
