| Signage: | Uphiso, a Zulu beer pot with a neck, was typically used to transport umqombothi (sorghum beer) after brewing. It would be served in ukhamba, a pot without a neck. Such pots are used during customary gatherings and when the spiritual guidance of ancestors is sought. Nowadays the vessels are also made to sell as decorative objects. |
