The artist interrogates the criminal justice system and the need for reformation. The inside of the Women’s Jail (at Constitution Hill) is depicted with its pillars taking the form of trees, the roof gives way to the open sky above, while what seems to be a family stands in the centre, with faces abstracted as colourful balloons.
