Signage: | This clause defines the right of individuals to enjoy their culture, practise their religion, use their language and belong to any cultural, religious or linguistic association of their choice. Andrew Verster prefers a symbolic rather than an obvious, literal illustration of the clause. His image features three hands against a boldy streaked background. One hand is raised in religious ecstasy, the other is writing, referring to language, and the third, drawn on black ground, is a man-made hand, representing culture.
