| Signage: | Grief No. 4 shows a wide road in the foreground that gradually narrows as it leads toward a distant gate and house-like structure. Fences run along both sides of the road, guiding the eye forward into the depth of the image. In the middle of the road stands a dark object that appears threatening, something like an instrument used to harm or punish. Placed directly in the path, it blocks the way and creates a strong sense of danger before reaching the gate. The narrowing road and this obstruction together suggest fear, restriction, and the uncertainty of what lies ahead. |
