Section 25 of the Constitution sets out the right to protection of property, the conditions for expropriation and a commitment to land redress. Bunu depicts Parliament as classical pillars and their duty to enact land reform through the law (the papers). The cattle reference land and the house impaled by the pillar past forced removals.
