Signage: | The work is a visual exploration of one of the foundational values of our Constitution. Everyone has the right to freedom of movement, and this spirit of independence is illustrated through the three birds in flight. The difference in appearance of the birds alludes to our diversity and echoes the ideas that every citizen has the right to enter, to remain in and to reside anywhere in the Republic. |
