Custom-designed carpet produced for the Judges’ Meeting Area within the Constitutional Court. Designed by Siphiwe Zulu and realised in collaboration with Sculptured Rugs, the work translates the artist’s visual language into a hand-tufted textile integrated within the interior environment.

The composition is characterised by a vibrant, pointillist-inspired pattern formed through rhythmic rows of dots and dashes that spiral and radiate outward, creating a strong sense of movement and energy. A bold, high-contrast palette of deep blues and vivid teals forms the ground, punctuated by bright red, white, and black accents. Through its dynamic pattern and colour, the carpet enlivens the meeting space while supporting its function as a site of discussion and deliberation.
