Signage: | Section 23 of the Constitution sets out the right to fair labour practices, including the rights to form and join trade unions, to strike and to engage in collective bargaining, while employers may form employers' organisations. Simon depicts this through diverse workers against a backdrop of industrial architecture and a miner in the front. |
